My passion are mountains. In many forms of activities. I hike, some climb, ride a MTB, ski and sledges. Taking pictures. Last few years I have been lucky living in a place, where all these activities are possible without any travel. And it is great .		I am continuously discovering the beauty of the nature and searching for the depths of body and mind by exploring effective, effortless and injury-free approaches to human activities, such as chi running, total immersion swimming, yoga and meditation.
