A very tiring way to get to the top. Especially in the first part, where one has to use muscles (a lot) to get higher. Anyway after the hanging bridge it gets much better allowing (at least for us) to climb on the the rock and using the steel rope as security only (at least [...]

After Serles trip the plan was to make something smaller – not too strenous, so we end up going “Frauental Runde”: with Glungezer chairlift up to Tulfeinalm (2035), then to Glungezer, Sonnenspitze and via Hirschvoglsteig and Fraunental back to the Tulfein. The weather again was amazing – as can be seen in the pictures.
